They also installed AtmosAir bi-polar ionization, which has been independently proven by third-party studies to neutralize 99.92% of coronaviruses.

The team at ESRT also placed three Captivate | Scan kiosks in the Empire State Building’s key point of entry. This turnkey health and safety amenity features a temperature scanner, face mask detection, hand sanitizer dispenser and a custom communication screen where building management can communicate the health and safety measures deployed throughout the building. ESRT also purchased 31 additional Scan units for other buildings in their portfolio.

Captivate Study – How Employees Feel Coming Back to The Office

A return to the workplace relies on the steps building management takes to quell concerns and reinforce a sense of safety and security. In an Office Pulse survey, business professionals were asked what would make them feel safer working from the office. Results showed 54% said temperature scanners, 63% said sanitizer stations, and 63% said mask mandates.
