Kate Monnier

VP, Customer Relations

For more than 11 years, Kate has been the steady voice of Captivate’s customers, leading the shift from reactive support to a proactive Customer Success model. “Our role isn’t just to fix problems — it’s to ensure every client sees the full value of Captivate and to bring their voice into how we evolve,” she says.

Under her leadership, the team has grown in size and sophistication. Every client is paired with a dedicated, U.S.-based Customer Success Manager who understands their business, responds quickly, and stays engaged from onboarding through daily support.

Through close cross-team collaboration, Captivate delivers a holistic customer experience. Kate points to a recent win that reflects this philosophy - seamlessly onboarding a large portfolio that is now one of the most active ScreenCenter™ users. Inside Captivate, Kate describes her team as a “little family,” celebrating wins and supporting each other across time zones. Outside of work, she recharges in the kitchen, drawing on her Le Cordon Bleu training to create meals that fuel her creativity.

Michael Kingston

VP, Content

Michael joined Captivate after decades in television to help shape content in the evolving DOOH space. As VP of Content, he leads editorial strategy and partnerships across North America, ensuring Captivate delivers a premium experience that informs, engages, and empowers audiences every day.

For real estate owners and managers, Michael emphasizes that content is the product tenants see and remember. By leveraging 200+ world‑class partners, thoughtful editorial curation, and ongoing viewer feedback, Captivate is a trusted daily resource and a differentiating amenity that elevates the property experience.

A standout achievement for his team is the launch of automated hyper‑local event content, giving every building in the network a real‑time window into what’s happening around them. Captivate has also expanded video features and introduced interactive content—quizzes, polls, and user‑generated content—that drive stronger viewer engagement.  Looking ahead, Michael sees AI and short‑form media shaping the future of content. But he believes Captivate’s edge will continue to come from the human touch—the editorial judgment, creativity, and care his team brings to keeping the network fresh, relevant, and highly engaging.

“What I love most is listening to our partners — understanding their challenges, anticipating their needs, and delivering solutions that make their properties stronger,” she says.

For Ronda, Captivate’s content is what truly sets the platform apart. Professionally curated content is not filler — it’s engaging, informative, and entertaining. Combined with custom property messaging through ScreenCenter™, it becomes an amenity tenants actually enjoy and ask for by  name.Ask anyone who works with her: Ronda isn’t just managing accounts — she’s a true partner, helping clients modernize, innovate, and create spaces where tenants want to stay.

Kavita Chan

Her team plays a pivotal role in validating the value of Captivate’s network through the Viewer Tracker, an ongoing pulse on tenant engagement and screen satisfaction. These insights shape content strategy and consistently show enjoyability scores in the 90th percentile. Kavita’s research also fuels advertiser success through campaign effectiveness studies and proprietary industry thought leadership, helping brands understand and optimize their impact across the network. For Kavita, the data tells the story, but the people behind it bring Captivate’s insights to life.

Angie Cabel

Marketing Manager

She began her career at Captivate before expanding her strategic and storytelling expertise at a global consulting firm and later a luxury jewelry brand.

She returned to Captivate with sharpened skills and a proven ability to blend data‑driven insight with premium creative execution. Captivate’s unique blend of technology, curated content, and real‑world environments—and its ability to engage high‑value audiences—made the return an easy choice.

Equally important was the culture behind the screens. Captivate’s collaborative environment allows her to partner closely with all internal teams to turn ideas into impact. Marketing plays a central role in connecting those efforts and bringing innovation to life.

Today, Angie focuses on strengthening Captivate’s brand narrative, elevating product and research storytelling, and ensuring marketing reinforces Captivate’s leadership in Digital Out‑of‑Home and proptech.

Nick Bernick

Creative Technology Manager

Nick sits at the intersection of creative vision and technical execution. He leads a team that turns innovative ideas into scalable, reliable solutions across Captivate’s network.

Working closely with content, design, and engineering, Nick bridges creative ambition with operational realities, ensuring every concept aligns with engineering best practices and hardware constraints. “Creative technology is about making sure great ideas don’t just look good — they work in the real world,” he says.

Nick’s work directly shapes network performance and the viewer experience. Through automation, asset optimization, and adaptive layouts, his team enables consistent, high‑quality playback across all screens and formats.

What motivates Nick most is seeing creative concepts come to life at scale. “The technical polish we apply behind the scenes is what allows stories to land clearly, consistently, and with impact,” he notes — supporting stronger client outcomes and reinforcing Captivate’s mission to inform, engage, and empower audiences in moments that matter.
