Captivate, North America’s leading digital-out-of-home video network, is bringing back its beloved Women in Business content series this March. The series will once again explore the theme of Leading At All Levels, putting an extra spotlight on success and suggestions from women at various stages of their career.

In what has become a staple on Captivate, 50 prominent female professionals from top brands such as X, Zoom, PepsiCo, Ford Motor Co., Mastercard, United Airlines and KPMG will share their perspective on networking icebreakers, paying it forward, what they no longer apologize for, business myths they’ve stopped believing and what they’ve learned from younger peers.

Additionally, Captivate Office Pulse studied emerging trends across the professional landscape and found young women in particular are relying on their professional connections to advance. 81% of women under 30 feel a networking relationship has helped them advance professionally, with 51% saying such contacts helped them land a job. Women of all ages who felt their ideas and perspectives were always valued in the workplace felt more at ease in all professional contexts, from networking and small talk to delivering feedback and asking for a raise.
