Captivate Signed Two Premier Toronto Properties Now Under Construction

CIBC Square and The Well, currently under construction have signed with Captivate to provide digital video content for elevators and common areas of the buildings.  CIBC Square is a class-AAA office tower complex being developed by Ivanhoe Cambridge and Hines.  Once complete it will house the global headquarters for CIBC and AGF as well as Canadian headquarters for Microsoft and Boston Consulting Group.  The Well is being developed by Allied Properties REIT and RioCan REIT with further details on the deal not released to date.
