Through this integration, The People Platform will power Captivate’s third-party measurement across its U.S. office, residential, and Luxer One networks, providing advertisers with verified, transparent, and consistent audience insights. The partnership reinforces Captivate’s commitment to delivering stable, future-ready audience data and strengthening confidence in digital out-of-home performance. With this integration, Captivate transitions to a new third-party measurement provider, reflecting the company’s continued leadership in data transparency and media accountability. 

The addition of The People Platform supports Captivate’s continued investment in measurement innovation. By aligning with industry-standard tools and methodologies, Captivate gives media buyers the transparency and comparability they expect from premium digital video platforms. 

Using a combination of location intelligence, proprietary surveys, and first-party datasets, TPP’s proprietary methodology measures audience traffic, engagement, and dwell time to accurately project impressions, reach, and frequency. This integration also enables Likelihood-to-See (LTS) audience data within Nielsen Media Impact (NMI), giving advertisers access to consistent, cross-platform planning and reporting.
