We are an online table platform introducing dynamic prices to the restaurant industry. Airlines and Hotels have successfully use this business model for years reducing prices at times of low demand, and increasing them when demand is high.
Restaurants are yet to adopt this model, their prices are static and don’t change regardless of whether its full or empty, rush hour or off-peak. Both diners and restaurants would benefit from dynamic prices and we aim to change that.
Diners should pay reduced prices when restaurants are empty (better to earn less than zero on an empty table), and they should have the possibility to pay higher prices to secure tables at high demand times.
